On 30 April 2024, the building authority in Slaný issued a building approval for the use of the construction and now the last step in the building process has begun - we are concluding the purchase contracts and handing over the apartments to the new owners.
We have more open days for you on Wednesday 15., 22. and 29. January. We will be expecting you at our neighbouring project office at K. H. Borovského 261 and then together we will go directly to the available apartments from the 1st stage of Verde Slaný. Open days are always held from 2 pm to 6 pm.
