FINANCING THE APARTMENT PURCHASE

You do not have to worry about anything with us. We will lead you through the complicated process of obtaining a mortgage for the purchase of your own real estate and we will provide you with any and all help you need. We will advise you of how to improve your chances of a successful settlement and, if you want, we will make an appointment with a real estate broker. We have a lot of experience in selling apartments to customers that do not have the funds secured yet.

We have an approved building, so we simplify the contract documentation. After signing the reservation contract, you pay a reservation fee of 10% of the purchase price of the apartment, then (within 30 days) we conclude the purchase contract. You pay the additional purchase price after signing the purchase contract, before submitting it to the Land Registry.
